Is the pin and grab handle at the end opposite the lock milled from one piece of steel, or is the grab handle threaded on?

Yes, the BulletProof Hitches Receiver Lock # BPH54FR has the pin and handle milled from one piece of heavy duty stainless steel. It is not threaded on.

The BulletProof Hitches Receiver Lock item #BPH54FR is 7-5/8" overall. The 5/8" portion that goes into the receiver is 4" long so it will work with 2", 2-1/2", and 3" hitches. The lock is 2-5/8".
