I have another option for you, but the Curt T-Connector Harness # C55242 you were looking at is designed for select Ford Trucks and will not fir your 2007 Lexus RX 350.
To add a 7-way connector to your RX 350 you will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118478 to first add a 4-way connector, and the adding the # ETBC7 to make it a 7-way connector. The # ETBC7 will plug into the newly installed 4-way connector and require a few more connections. The blue wire will get run underneath the dash where a trailer brake controller will be installed (If you do not need a trailer brake controller then still run the wire but bundle it underneath dash so it is there if needed in the future), extend the black wire to the positive terminal of your battery using the included 40 amp circuit breaker, and ground the white wire to the frame of your vehicle.
To mount the new 7-way connector to your trailer hitch receiver you will likely need the no-drill mounting bracket # 18140.
If you are needing a trailer brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 due to it being an extremely reliable controller with great features like an easy to read LCD screen and built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand. This is a proportional controller meaning that the built in inertia sensor detects the intensity that you apply the brakes to your vehicle, and sends the same braking intensity to your trailer brakes for smooth, controlled braking.
Lastly if you do not already have a trailer hitch receiver I recommend the etrailer # e98857 which has a 350lb tongue weight rating and 3500lb trailer weight rating which will be perfect for towing a trailer.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
