Yes, it can. Once you install the etrailer Hitch item # e98857 on your 2008 Lexus RX 350 you will be able to lower the spare tire if needed. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Lexus with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver, that has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight.
