The hitch body bolts to factory mounting points on your vehicle and stays hidden behind the bumper. Nothing sticks out and nothing changes the way your vehicle looks. When it's time to tow, just swing the receiver out. When you're done, swing it back. There's no tools required and no loose hardware laying around. There's no sign the hitch is even there.

It is truly a hidden hitch. I use the hitch weekly for bike rides and wanted something that would not require much work to use. The only issue is the receiver does not latch in the down position making it difficult to attach my bike rack (the receiver just pivots up). I am working on a way to solve this. Next step is to find a cover that can be easily installed and removed when the hitch is retracted. I installed the hitch myself in about 3 hours. Took my time. Used the EchoHitch video as a guideline. Do not remove the weatherstripping during the install. It is not necessary and you will never get it back in the original state.
