Hey Greg! Yes, the Oris Trailer Hitch with Disappearing Hitch Receiver # TS69VR will fit your Model S. This is designed to fit models built after the mid-year refresh like yours. The receiver folds under so it will be hidden behind your bumper when not in use.
What kind of bike rack/bikes are you carrying?

I have an outfitter 2 bike carrier weighing 58 lbs, and 2 Aventon Adventure 3 ebikes weighing 77 lbs each. I like taking the batteries out of them when transporting. They weight a little over 70 lbs each, batteries weigh right under 9 lbs each. I know I'm getting close to the maximum recommended weight. Do u think ur reciever can handle the bikes and carrier? I just wanted to be sure it would be hidden when not in use on the car.
