Happy with Draw-Tite trailer hitch. Installation was easy and the instructions work clear. The hitch was scratched during shipping but the folks at etrailer made things right after an email to them. I'd buy again.
First time ordering from etrailer. I was very pleased with how fast shipping was(It took only 3 days from time of oder to receiving the product). I also had a question after ordering and the service rep was very polite and helpful. I wll defenitely be ordering from etrailer again if I need something. Plus the prices are about the best you can find.
The hitch is great and the promptness and communication after the order was placed was excellent. Unfortunately, when the package was received, the hitch was sticking out the side of the torn box and the paint was scraped down to bare metal on a visible part of the frame. While etrailer cannot control how the shipper handles the package, there was very little packaging or protection around the hitch to prevent it from shifting around in the box during transit.
One of the easiest online experiences. Every time I get a new SUV, I order my hitch from etrailer. Great products, easy to match to my vehicle, good instructions to match.

Good communication, price, and shipping
The package arrived on time. Although the box was torn with several holes, trailer hitch was in perfect condition.
It was very easy to install; my wife and I did it in about a half hour.
Arrived complete with no missing parts. Watched the install video prior to installation.Truly a custom fit that perfectly matched intended holes for bolts on the vehicle. Installed it myself from beneath the vehicle in my own garage. Torqued the bolts as noted in the instructions. Would order from etrailer again.
Install went well, everything lined up took a little longer than advertised but I'm pushing 80 & move a little slower than I used to. Haven't installed the wiring harness yet, but expect no problems. High quality & good instructions thruout. I used a floor jack to place the hitch, otherwise this would be a 2 person job.
Quality, heavy duty trailer hitch. Shipping was spot on, no missing parts, everything lined up perfect for my 2015 Nissan Murano platinum. Order the wire brush if you don't have one! eTrailers video on how to install was perfect. I'd recommend spending $8 on some quality rust remover spray as my threads were pretty bad. Would definitely recommend!

Product remains solid, its had a good workout in the past year and hasnt budged a bit or fallen off! Win. Quality paint or powder coating too basically zero rust outside of where I dinged it and scratched it deep.
I ordered this hitch for my 2019 Murano. The holes under the body we’re pre drilled so no need to drill any holes. All the hardware came with the hitch and was very simple to install. It took longer to find a 1/2 inch drive socket and extension in my toolbox than it did to actually install it. With the help of my 11 years old we got it installed less than 15 mins. Great product shipping was fast and customer service was above my expectations. Thank you for the great product and I’ll be doing business in the future. I can’t thank you enough.

Its working out great
Good product but the paint is terrible. I know this item ends up on the bottom of my car but I don't want it to be be a rusted mess in two years. As I was taking the stickers off with some mineral spirits -- half the paint came off on the rag. It was clear that someone touched up the factory powder coat with regular black paint as it just wiped off and revealed a host of scars - powder coat does not wipe off..These were not just shipping scars..it was clearly touched up at some point prior. I ended up buying a can of spray primer and a can of 3M rubberized undercoating. I hit all the scared area with primer then sprayed the whole thing with undercoating -- this should protect it for a few years and I actually prefer the matte finish to the original glossy black paint.

This was a great purchase and so glad I applied undercoating to it before I installed its takes a beating it would already be rusting if not...
I purchased a hitch and wiring harness for my 2015 Murano. The harness was so simple to install and incredibly cost effective, truly plug and play. The Draw Tite hitch is well designed and looks great on the vehicle.
The only problem I had was due to a four year old vehicle that has gone through as many winters with salt on the road. The factory weld nuts were closing up with rust scale. I used 30 caliber gun bore brushes on a drill to clean the scale along with WD40, l went through eighth of them. Once that was done I slathered white lithium grease in and on everything and the install was truly 15 minutes after that.
I will recommend etrailer to anyone who will listen, great products at even better price with free shipping.
If you installing a hitch on a vehicle that has been through the rust belt be a realist and be prepared to spend a little time prepping.

An M12 x 1.25 thread tap, will make short work of rusted threads.
Very impressed by fast shipping, great products, and support before and after the sale.
Perfect fit , only tools listed needed for install. My main uses will be for cycle rack
& all works well so far. Only one compliant , this hitch will not allow my lift gate kick feature to function. Early on I asked the question would it interfere , and was told all should be good, this information came from a representative from Draw-Tite I believe. Other than my issue with lift gate I would recommend this hitch & etrailer for future purchases.

Typically, when a hitch is installed, the hitch will block one or two of the several sensors that actuate the liftgate, specifically the ones in the middle. Therefore, youd want to try off to either side of center. Also, try varying the motion of your foot under the vehicle. Draw-Tite tells me that usually a sweeping motion that goes a little deeper under the vehicle will the trick.
Hard to ship a heavy item and have it not puncture through the box. This one lost a little paint on the way but was easy enough to touch up. I didn't care for the placement of the brand label, etrailer label and data lable. (Only the brand label was straight.) So I relocated them (easy enough). Installation was straight forward. While I didn't have to drop the muffler, I found that it was easier to start with the passenger side mount. Looking at the finished installation, I feel it would look more finished if it hugged up closer to the bottom of the bumper. All in all, it is a good value.

1 year follow up. Im still happy with this product. The paint seams to old up well and there hasnt been any rust issues.
Bolts do not fit. Customer service told me too bad send it back. So for 5 bolts I have to repackage, take to post office and pay shipping for an item I absolutely want. You should tell customers you DO NOT support the items you sell if not a trailer item. Nor do you refer to original seller. Also your stupid videos on YouTube say a size smaller.
Good quality construction. Easy installation, maybe 20 minutes. Package was tore up and hitch had scratches on it so could have been packaged with more protective wrap. Overall very happy and satisfied with hitch, will mainly use it for bicycle rack.

Excellent! Mechanically great, Visually paint is holding well. No complaints!
It took about 15 minutes to install. A car jack and a friend is helpful to get the bolts inserted first. Probably the easiest car repair/modification I've ever done.
Fit was perfect. I use it for a hitch mount bike rack. It's rock solid.
I received a trailer hitch for my 2016 Nissan Murano in a box in great condition. There were no scratches or anything on the black paint, and, of course no rust. It literally could not have been easier to install. It lined up perfectly with the predrilled holes on my car. I'm a petite lady and had it installed in about 15 minutes, with only my 12-year old son helping for just a minute to hold up one end for me. In hindsight, I don't even think that was necessary, but it help make it a cinch. It has a pretty low profile, so doesn't hang down too far and doesn't stick out past the back of my vehicle. I think it looks great. I don't think the Nissan factory hitch could be any better. It's been on my car for about a year now and still looks as good as new

From the get-go I was skeptical about buying a hitch online but etrailer.com did a fantastic job getting the hitch delivered in just under 4 days. Not bad for a heavy piece of metal. Got the hitch and wiring harness installed today. Honestly I'm kinda diggin' the fact that it isn't as hidden as my 2013 Mo hitch was. I kinda like the look of it (minus all the stickers) of course but I will be removing those post haste (sorry e-trailer). Maybe if you give me 100.00 store credit I will think about advertising for you. Any way, all in all I'm very pleased with the hardware and the service I received from e.trailers.com
Bolted up nicely to our Murano. Had a friend help me hold the hitch up as it is heavy to hold in place and insert bolts. Wiring harness was simple to install and worked first time. Pulled a uhaul all over bumpy streets in Charlotte and the hitch performed solid.
