I've been looking at the e98907 and 75952 and was wanting to know which is better for my Murano?

The etrailer # e98907 and Draw-Tite # 75952 have a few differences between them besides just the price. Both have a higher towing capacity than your 2024 Nissan Murano so that really isn't a deciding factor in this case. The # e98907 has a matte black finish, which tends to hide scratches and dings better than gloss finishes like the # 75952 has. The # 75952 has larger tow chain loops than the # e98907, which will make connecting your chains much easier. It also comes with a mounting bracket welded to cross tube so that you can easily mount a 4-pole connector and keep it from dragging on the ground.

Normally I would go with the etrailer option just because of the matte finish, but in this case I have to go with the Draw-Tite # 75952 for the mounting bracket and larger tow chain loops.

If you plan on towing a trailer then I recommend also picking up the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56267 and Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 so that you can mount the connector to the bracket on the hitch.
