For carrying heavier e-bikes the hitch that fits you 2021 Nissan Murano that has the highest tongue weight capacity is the Draw Tite part # 75952 which is rated for 600 lb tongue weight. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
Then for an e-bike rack the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 would be a great option that folds up for easy install and removal and also comes with a ramp to make loading the bikes easier as well. Check out the review video I attached for more info as well.
