After one year trailer hitch that looks like brand new. Works great no problems with attaching the bike rack. I recently just ordered a Thule bike rack Through E trailer and again came on time perfect working order bolted up to hitch perfectly. Will always use a trailer for any future purchases I will tell all my friends what a great experience with working with E trailer company. Thank you again
