All of the trailer hitch receivers that we carry for your 2009 Kia Sportage, like the # 75561, cannot be used with a weight distribution system. If you have a different hitch than one we carry you'll need to check its specs to know for sure.
To reduce trailer sway you are able to use a Sway Control Kit # 83660. It installs on the trailer tongue and can be removed easily by releasing two clips. It will need to be removed whenever you're backing up with the trailer. I've linked an install video for you.
You'll also need the Sway Control Bracket # RP26003 for installation.
Another option, for trailers with electric brakes is the Curt True Course # C94VV. It plugs in-line with your trailer's 7-way connector and senses sway and applies the brakes ever so slightly to keep the trailer under control.
