The front bolt holes were slightly out of allignment, so had to remove the hitch and file and lengthen the holes 1/16th. After doing this everything lined up.
I installed a Hidden hitch when I bought my 2007 Honda Odyssey and It fit perfectly.
I had to do a little extra work this time but am happy with the results.
The installation was very smooth about 45 minutes. The hidden hitch maybe a little short for easy access. My last hitch on my Honda came out further to the rear bumper which makes access easier.

Purchased a Hidden Hitch from eTrailer for a 2002 Honda Odyssey. From what I recall, it arrived on schedule with all the necessary parts. My mechanic was impressed at how easy it was to install and wire. It only took about an hour and a half for him to install.
2003 Honda Odyssey - Fast shipping, 30 - 45min installation...Make sure to use WD40 and pre-thread bolts. Bottom line - I am completely satisfied with Hidden Hitch and etrailer.com.
