Will the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver C55HR Fit a 2022 Kia Forte Kia Forte GT Line. I will be using it for a 1.25 inch bike rack. Again, its the new 2022 Kia Forte Kia Forte GT Line.

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C55HR has been confirmed to fit all trim levels(except GT) of the new 2022 Kia Forte, including your GT-Line trim. The new GT has a new dual exhaust that will not allow it to fit properly.

Since the Curt receiver has a class I rating you will need to ensure that your bike rack is safe to use with a class I receiver like the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack # NV12G.
