The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C55HR will not block the rear camera on your 2021 Kia Forte.
I recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C54ER when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector that is needed in the event you tow a small trailer. It will also allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if your hitch mounted accessory impairs the view of your tail lights.
