It’s a trailer hitch, what do you want me to say.
Product seems in good shape although a bit heavy weighted (hoping it does not mean too much to my MB R350). Overall, shopping experience was perfect yet the package was received broken probably since product was loose inside the box (pictures attached)
This is my second hitch and just as easy install as the first. Great product, Great Quality and Most Excellent Service from etrailer!
