Question:
Would you have a trailer hitch product available for a Mercedes ML500 that has the air suspension or does it matter if the vehicle has the air suspension and we would just install it anyway?

Unfortunately, the hitches we offer for a 2006 Mercedes-Benz ML500 aren't compatible with vehicles that have the air-ride suspension option. I wish we had better news for you.
If you were needing the hitch to provide a mounting point for a bike rack, you could use a hatch mounted bike rack like the Thule Gateway 2-bike model, part # TH88VR or the 3-bike model, part # TH78VR which would be a good alternative to a hitch mounted bike rack.. I've linked to a product demonstration video featuring the 2 bike model.
