Question:

I have 2012 Ford F250 super duty 4x4 diesel with Rough Country dual steering stabilizer bars. Will this front hitch fit or will the dual steering stabilizers interfere? Thank you in advance for your help.

Thanks for the picture! I have a solution for you but it does look like your dual steering stabilizer bars will be in the way for you to mount the Draw-Tite Front Hitch item # 65049. Instead you will want to use the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # EH59FR which mounts upwards instead of hanging below. The 2" x 2" receiver would then extend out behind your license plate. The EcoHitch is a far better choice. This front hitch has a more concealed look and won't effect your ground clearance. I have linked a picture below that will show what this hitch looks like once installed. This hitch is confirmed to fit the diesel model of your 2012 Ford F-250.
