Will the EcoHitch EH59FR Fit a 2016 F-250 With a SteelCraft Brush Guard?

From what I could find out about where your SteelCraft brush guard installs, there doesn't look to be a way to get a hitch installed as well. The EcoHitch # EH59FR will install in the exact same place so it would need to be one or the other, unfortunately.
I also checked the other options we have for a front mount hitch on your 2016 F-250, but they all install in the same place as well.
