Everything was there and the installation went almost as smoothly as it did in the video.

First couple of steps were easy to install. Last step running wire length of vehicle was a pain in the butt.
Product is as advertised would be nice if it came with the bracket as well as a new grommet for replacing the one in the trunk. Otherwise no complaints. It was a pain in the butt getting the wire routed through the firewall but nothing makes that job any easier other than paying someone to do it.
Super simple instructions to wire the trailer to the vehicle. Took me 45 min to do. Hardest part was putting the trunnk back together but still got it all done in under 45 minutes.

Much more simple to install then I ever would have thought. The video was very helpful. Wish more sites would post installation videos.
The wiring installation video makes the installation easier. I wish they have current video for 2011 Murano because there is a little more steps to do it. The written instruction that comes with it did not give how to remove the panel.

Easy install , hated the part of runing the power wire to the battery but all in all 20 / 30 mins to install plug and play , i had the hitch and wireing installed in an hour and was down the road with my boat.
Install was so easy and the hitch looks great on the Murano. All you can see from the rear is the receiver. Shipping was so fast and I got a confirmation # the next day. Thanks
I was empressed with the ease of installing your "plug and use"
wiring harness. The plugs all interfaced with the Murano's connectors (plugs) perfectally.
Everything bolts up like they say but it is a major pain to run it through the firewall on a Nissan Marano - expect about 3 hours to install if you do it right and run it right along with the factory wiring harness.
I installed the wiring for the trailer hitch. It was not quite as intimitadating as I thought it would be. I was really dreading this portion of the project. The video hit the mark. If I had to depend solely on the printed instructions, it would have been a more challengeing task. The video helped me to know what tools I needed and how to access the connectors.. The most difficult task was routing the wire to the postive battery terminal underneath the car and finding a good path to avoid the muffler, hot spots, pinch points etc.

The instructions for this product were very basic. It took a little bit to figure out how to release the various plastic fasteners and wire connectors. Also, took a while to route the wire from the harness to the battery, which is mandatory with this harness. I've used 2 other harnesses from eTrailer and never needed the wire to the battery, because it was always for auxiliary and battery charging.
Still, I am happy with this harness, since I didn't have to splice into the vehicle's wiring.
