The cross tube of the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e65AR will be visible, but the matte black finish does help it blend in rather than stand out. There is not a hitch with a hidden crossbar available for your Murano, the etrailer hitch is the least visible in my opinion.
If you plan on doing some towing, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin and clip, and a carrying bag. For trailer wiring, use # 118653.
