what is a quality hitch that can be used for bike rack and other things i.e small camper? I want a bike rack that fits at least 3 bikes, movable and lockable? thanks ...Love your website!

For your 2009 Nissan Murano, I recommend the etrailer Class III Receiver Hitch # e65AR. This Class III hitch is custom-fit for your vehicle and has a 400 pound tongue weight and 4,000 pound towing weight capacity. I also recommend checking the capacities of your Murano as listed in the owner's manual, as this will likely be the limiting factor. The 2 inch receiver opening will give you a large number of hitch-mounted accessories like bike racks to choose from.

For a bike rack that can transport at least 3 bikes, I recommend looking at the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 4-Bike Platform Rack # HR1400Z. This carrier can hold up to 4 bikes at 50 pounds each and the adjustable wheel mounts will accept a variety of wheel sizes and wheelbases.
