Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this Blue Water Dragon Underwater LED light. This LED underwater light is going to provide a nice, bright blue light for you, for your boat. If I turn it on here, you'll be able to see just how bright that is. So if I turn off my lights in my studio, you can see it's going to fill up my whole studio space here. That is going to be 5,500 lumens of light output.
Thanks to our 12 premium blue LED's that provide that nice blue light through our clear lens. And turn that off again so you can see those LED's a little bit better through that clear lens. And that lens is impact resistant, so it is going to hold up really well for you. And those LED's are energy efficient, long lasting, and vibration resistant. So they are going to hold up really well for you as well.
We are going to have a durable die-cast aluminum housing with a 316 stainless steel cover. The housing and lens unit are sealed. So they are going to be waterproof. So you can submerge this on your boat and you don't have to worry about it. This does have a military grade construction circuit board, which uses urethane potting rather than the epoxy potting that's common for other lights.
So it is going to be a lot more, or a lot better protected for you. So you don't have to worry about that, again, going to hold up really well for you. This does also have thermal protection to safe guard against overheating. It is going to be a surface mount installation. The mounting hardware that you'll need is not included.
Should be very easy to just get some stainless steel screws or something like that, to put it in place. The distance between your mounting holes, from center to center, is right at four and three quarters of an inch. So make sure that that's going to work for where you're planning on installing this. It will hard-wire into your boat power source. They do give you 36 inches of wire to work with. This is going to be compatible with your 12 volt and 24 volt DC systems. The input voltage for this is going to be from nine volts up to 30 volts. And it's only going to draw about two and a quarter to two and three quarters amps. So it's going to be very efficient for you, thanks to those LED lights. Our overall dimensions, we're looking at, right at, say just shy of six inches. Call it five and seven eighths of an inch long by, about two and a quarter inches tall, and approximately five eighths of an inch thick, just over to a half of an inch thick. This does come with a limited lifetime warranty. So if you we inchesre to have any problems with it, you're more than welcome to reach out to us here at etrailer.com. We're always happy to work with our customers to make sure they're getting good quality products and having a good experience. So if you are looking for a nice, bright blue light for your boat, this is going to be a great option for you. That completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.
