Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style
The Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rake for 2 bikes is a good product. I used it to transport my mountain e-bike. I choose this particular unit because it can handle the weight 2 of bikes (non-e-bikes) and the weight of my e-bike is equivalent to weight of 2 bikes. Note: Must readjust the straps after mounting the bike to the rake.
great! works really well, and a lot easier to attach than I anticipated. We drove with bikes across the country from south west all the way to North east. solid rack!

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
I was sent additional mounting materials that don't correspond with my hitch or my bike rack. See the photo below. Are these materials for my Swagman STC2 Bike Rack Item #S64670?
Very stable and simple to use bike rack that works great with my road bike AND with my 29" Big Rippers. It makes loading and unloading the bikes a snap and they are safe and secure for traveling once loaded and secured. I have already logged over a thousand miles hauling bicycles with this rack and highly recommend it. I am a big fan of Yakima roof racks but, honestly, wish I would have went with this setup for my bikes from the beginning.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a well designed rack. Adding and removing bikes is quick & easy. Just set the bike on & slide the padded hook down onto the bike frame to secure it; no straps required. If only one bike is transported, it does not interfere with opening the trunk on our Tesla Model 3. With 2 bicycles the trunk cannot be opened. For 2 bikes the Swagman model that can tilt might be worth the extra 22 bucks. This rack uses a bolt in the receiver hitch instead of a pin. This locks it securely preventing it from moving in the hitch & rattling. It also requires a wrench to remove it, good for theft prevention but one more thing to keep track of. For storage on the vehicle the top bar folds down. For storage in the garage, the left & right bars fold up & you can hang it using one of the hooks.
So far so good. The rack wiggles a bit, but that is expected. I have it on my 2007 Corolla and I have hit 65+ on the highway with it and have not had a problem. I would recommend getting a locking pin. The one included is threaded, which aside from security, makes it harder to take the rack on and off. I would also look into a DIY way to secure the wheels better. I am using some bungee straps which do the job no problem. The two bikes I carry are at the racks capacity.

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
Way too light duty for what is advertised. It seemed to be made out of 1/2 inch electrical conduit. I would never put three bikes on that rack. I only had two bikes on the rack. While on trip through Idaho the wind was so strong that one of the bikes partially blew off the rack. We traveled 1,800 miles and upon arriving home I actually sawed the bike rack up and threw it away so that no one else would use it and cause an accident. I've already found a different brand that is HEAVY DUTY and I will stick with that brand.
This is definitely more of a 2 bike carrier vs 3 bikes. I had to take the front wheels off two bikes to get three bikes on this carrier. Also, it rubbed the paint off on the trunk of my Subaru legacy.

Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
Perfect for my Toyota Highlander, thanks guys, great job
First rack I've ever purchased I misplaced the end bar used to lock the bikes onto the rack. Can I buy another one?

Swagman Upright Bike Rack for 1 Bike - Roof Rack Crossbars - Frame Mount
Great product for the price. Pretty easy to set up. Only issue I have is my mountain bike, which is an XL frame with 27 inch wheels, is pushing the limits of the base. Wish this rack was just 4-5 inches longer that way you have the perfect overlap amount in the middle without pushing the current frame to the limits. With that said it does hold my bike just have to find the sweet spot. But this fits my son’s youth bike perfectly!
As always with products I buy from e-Trailer, this item is exactly as advertised and works perfectly. Easy assembly, I bought 2 but only installed one until I check the fit with my rooftop carrier.

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Rack is very sturdy and heavy duty. Instructions were terrible. Locking hitch pin would not thread correctly and ended up damaging it. Thankfully the threads on rack were fine and I was able to use the non-locking threaded pin. Would like a replacement locking pin ASAP
For the price, it's a good-quality, sturdy bike rack. I have used it about 5-7 times with no issues. I only used it for one adult and two kids' bikes, but I am sure it can handle four bikes as advertised. It's great that the rack folds upwards when it's not required.
# 8
Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Seems like a good rack for the price, especially when compared to others with the same weight rating. It was very easy to assemble, just a few bolts and that's it. I put two 62lb e-bikes on it (Ride1Up Turris) and it has minimal wobble and movement as expected. The straps that come on the center cradles were too short to go around our bike's frame and battery so I had to purchase a separate set of long straps from Saris for an additional $20. So be aware if you have an e-bike with a fat frame where you plan to use the cradle on, you might have to spend another $20 on a pair of long straps. While I waited for the straps I just used a velcro-strap and it worked fine. So far I am content with this rack overall and hope it lasts many years.. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to purchase additional straps to make it work.
I had to put my electric bikes into this rack, backwards, to make them fit. Not ideal, but it works. The receiving 'trays' that are intended to provide support for holding the bikes, by being placed under the bike tires, are forced to be moved to a location that is not directly under the bottom of the bike tires. While it works in this manner, it is not ideal. For the support that attaches to the diagonal bike frame, we had to remove it from the vertical rail of the rack. We reinstalled it, upside down, because that's the only way we could make it fit, or 'grab', the bike frame. Again, we made it work, but it's not ideal. We chose to keep the rack because it was so much less expensive than the Thule rack we considered buying. The bike shop owner didn't agree with us. He observed that we are putting $3000 worth of bikes on the rack and risking that investment. So far, no problems, other than the ill-fitting installation.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Works for my fat tire bike. Once it's set up, it's easy to install and remove. I had to cut out some of the plastic cladding on the underside of my bumper on my 2014 Subaru Outback. Good value. I've had no issues.
GI love the Rack, it is easy for me to handle, (as a 89 yearold rider.), two bikes ride and fit very nicely. Like how it folds down, and how it folds to open the tailgate . Great quality for the money, I would highly recommend this rack
# 10
Kuat Beta Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
I love how easy this was to set up and how easy it connects to the hitch. And because it's so lightweight, I can easily install it myself.
Solid rack. Straps do a nice job keeping both bikes in place. I use additional bungee cords to leave no doubt. This is a great bike rack and I do recommend it even without the use of additional straps. Fits great into the hitch and the tightener works amazing.
# 11
Yakima FullSwing Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Swing Away
Installation today was pretty straight forward. We had no problems. It may require two people to install the bike rack onto the hitch because it is pretty heavy. But, as a 41 yo woman I was able to attach the bike rack to the hitch by myself. We haven't used it yet to transport our bikes, but I imagine that will be seamless too.
I bought this hitch carrier to bring 4 bikes on a 1200 mile round trip for a 2 week vacation. I used to spend more to rent bikes than the cost of the hitch. I purchased this during a Labor Day sale last year thinking if I used it once it would pay for itself. I spent the xtra $$ on the swing feature and am glad I did as it allowed me to load bikes whenever I needed and get to the rear of our SUV at any time. Works flawlessly! I have a THULE roof carrier (love it) but when I went to Dicks to check out the THULE ‘s securing rubber ties, I realized they were pretty hard to secure whereas the Yakima zip ties are easy. Hitch lock was easy and built in bike lock made made everything secure. Would buy again, recommend to anyone!

Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting
I installed this rack onto a Curt trailer hitch which is mounted onto a 2017 Honda Fit. I have been using it intermittently for several months, probably about 5 times with one bike and twice with two bikes. I give some pros and cons below and then elaborate. Pros: easy to assemble, easy to mount and dismount bikes, easy to lock and unlock, how to put the rack into different positions is intuitive Cons: inconvenient to put the rack into different positions, inconvenient to mount the rack onto the hitch, rack protrudes about 15 inches from bumper when in flipped up position (seems very vulnerable to someone backing into it in a parking lot, very inelegant looking I say the repositioning is intuitive because there is really only one way you could possibly place the pins for each position. But removing and replacing two pins is much less convenient than turning a knob or a lever, like some racks do. Also many racks fold and flip in such a way as to look very unobtrusive when in non-use mode. This one looks like kind of a monstrosity. That does not really bother me but it might bother some owners. The part that does bother me is how far it protrudes from the car. I back into parking spaces whenever possible to avoid someone bumping into the rack and damaging it (which happened to a friend). My number one suggestion for Curt is related to mounting the rack onto the hitch. Make it easier to tell when the holes are lined up so that the bolt/pin will fit and thread. As it is now, if you insert the rack as far as it can go it is way too far in. Ideally, it would be exactly lined up. Failing that, maybe some kind of click or other feedback to know at least that you are in the neighborhood. It would also be great to have an attaching device that is easier to fasten and unfasten than is the bolt/pin. Tip for mounting the rack onto the hitch: I assumed that it would be awkward to hold, what is it 46 pounds?, while trying to line up the rack probe with the receiver. If you have a garage with exposed collar ties, my solution could work well for you. I looped a cargo strap over a collar tie. Then I hooked both hooks of a bungie onto that loop. The idea is that you hook one of the bike frame holders of the rack onto the bungie, suspending the rack a few inches off the garage floor. This takes most of the weight of the rack so that you can just pull up or down and forward until you line up with the receiver. Tip for mounting bikes. Don't put the little screw into the post that prevents you from completely removing the bike frame holders. Remove both holders. Position the first bike, slide the holder into place, position the second bike, slide the holder into place. I found this makes it much easier, because you avoid parts of the bike hitting the holder as you are trying to get the wheels into place. The trick is that if you are mounting only one bike, don't forget to put the second holder back on - or maybe just stick it inside the car right away.
Have used mine several times in the past 2 years on the back of a ‘21 Honda Pilot and a ‘19 Ram 1500 Classic. I really like that the platform will tilt downward allowing the Pilot rear hatch to open with no interference. The tailgate on the Ram doesnt open fully even with the platform tilted downward, but that is a Ram problem & not a Curt problem. Was well worth the money.

Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
Extremely well made hitch rack. Fantastic service from etrailer.com
Works well for transporting two 29" wheeled mountain bikes. However, after one year it's starting to rust in several areas (see attached photos), and the front wheel arms are becoming increasingly difficult to raise and lower. Finally the locking cable is extremely rusty as you can see in the attached photo. I'm not sure how durable this rack will be long term.
# 14
Curt Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
This rack has worked well for us. I fits the Curt hitch perfectly. It is easy to attach bicycles securely. We can get three adult bicycles on this hitch (see photo). There are sufficient means to protect against sway.
This Curt bike carrier is ideal for my front hitch that I recently installed on my 2005 GMC. I had to remove my front tag holder for clearance but it works perfectley. It can be easily removed and installed on the back hitch when I'm not towing my camper. This is a well built and solid bike carrier. It was delivered very timely and well packaged.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
This is a very solid product! I have used it for over a year now and love it! I have had up to 3 bikes on this without a problem and have traveled over 8 hours in the car one way with absolutely no issues. Many other bike racks like this one that I see on other cars look unstable this is not unstable in anyway. I did have to file some of the paint off of the rack to get it to fit in my 1 and 1/4" hitch but once that was done it has been perfect. I also bought the locking hitch bolt which is awesome too.
Well built and good quality. So glad I can haul bikes easier with our Honda Pilot now!
Test Fitting the Thule Epos Bike Rack on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi, I'm Matt with etrailer. If you're looking for a rack that's gonna be two things, that's really easy to take on and off of your 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe, and is really easy to store as well and that's able to really handle those really big beefy e-bikes, then the Thule Epos Bike Rack is gonna be a great fit for you. So one of the reasons why it's really great for those e-bikes is because this is going to have a weight capacity of 75 pounds for one bike, but if the overall weight capacity is gonna be up to 140 pounds. So definitely keep that in mind when you are loading up your bikes. And that's really not gonna affect its tilt away, because this is gonna have a pretty extreme tilt away. If I just show you what I'm talking about, all I have to do is press on this foot pedal, pull this back towards me.
Test Fitting the Yakima OnRamp LX Bike Rack on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi Matt with etrailer. If you're looking for a carrier that's gonna be able to handle those really heavy e-bikes and you want something that's gonna be a lot easy to load and unload them on your 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe, then the Yakima Onramp LX Bike Rack's gonna be a great option. Now, like I was saying earlier, this is a great choice for those really heavy bikes and that's gonna be because we have a pretty heavy weight capacity of up to 80 pounds per bikes, so there's not many carriers that can do that and we're still gonna get a great tilt-away. Now the caveat to having a great tilt-away with being able to haul heavy bikes like that is getting everything ready is a little bit more of a hassle than some other ones. I actually have to remove two pins and they're a little awkward to get to, when you have a bike on here. With that first one pulled, that's gonna be the one that's giving us more support.
Is the Kuat Piston Pro Bike Rack for 3 Bikes Compatible with the 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe?
Hi, Matt with Etrailer, today we're going to talk about the Kuat Piston Pro Bike Rack on our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Now this will be a great choice if you're looking for a premium option that can hold a lot of your carbon or alternative frame bikes. Now what's gonna give you that ability is this dual wheel mount system we have and it's just gonna grip on to either side of the tire holding your bike in place. Now we're gonna have a 40 pound weight capacity per bike holding up to three bikes. Now unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate our really heavy e-bikes, but this is a really heavy rack in general. So loading that up with heavy bikes would be a real handful for your vehicle.
Fit Verified: Kuat Piston SR Bike Rack for 1 Bike on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi. Matt with etrailer, and today we're gonna be talking about the Kuat Piston SR Bike Rack on our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Now, this can be a great option for you if you only need to haul one bike, and you live in maybe a really crowded area. Maybe you live in a city, and you have to do a lot of parallel parking. But also need to accommodate a lot of different types of bikes, maybe you're changing them out. So let's take a closer look at it.
Does it Fit? Testing the Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Thule Hitching Post Pro Hanging-Style Bike Rack and seeing how it fits in the back of our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Now, it's gonna be a pretty solid rack if you're looking for something simple and easy to carry four bikes. The ease of use might be a little bit of an overstatement, there's some things about this that do make it kind of hard to use depending on the bikes you're loading up, but we'll talk about all that in a second. It's a great way to get started though, carrying up to four bikes, 35 pounds each. Now, the reason I say it might be a little bit difficult is because it's a hanging rack, and with any sort of hanging-style bike rack, there's going to be limitations.
Does it Fit? Testing the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we'll be taking a look at how the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 two-bike platform rack fits on the 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. So the Sherpa is very popular because it is a stylish rack, it has really smooth movements, and it can fit a lot of bikes. Now there are some downsides to this like if you have a very heavy electric bike, this has a max weight capacity of 40 pounds, but other than that, it's a really good fit for Hyundai Santa Fe and we'll talk about why. So the first thing we're gonna talk about is the tilt-away feature. There's gonna be this lever in the center of the rack. You're gonna pull that lever and just let the rack drop down to a tilt.
Fit Test: Yakima RidgeBack Bike Rack for 5 Bikes with 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we'll be taking a look at our Yakima ridge back hanging style bike rack, right here on our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. So I have the four bike version right here but this also comes as a five bikes version.
Fit Verified: Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes on a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we'll be taking a look at our Kuat Sherpa 2.0 2" bike rack right here on our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. So the Kuat Sherpa is a pretty good bike rack when it comes to the premium features that you would expect from a Kuat bike rack, but not as pricy as say a Kuat NV So we'll take a look at the different features, the different specs, different measurements just to see if it's the right fit for your bicycles and your Hyundai Santa Fe. So first, we're gonna tilt this down. You have this lever right over here, you're gonna wanna pull that lever and just let it drop down. One thing I noticed with the Kuat Sherpa is it has very smooth movement. Even when you tilt it down it kind of just glides down.
Installation: Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes on a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi there, everyone, John here, and today we're going to be taking a look at the Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack on our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Now, the NV is a very versatile and useful bike rack. It can handle a multitude of different bikes, whether you have larger, heavier fat tire style bikes or just regular road bikes. It'll be able to handle anything that you take out there for the most part. We'll be going over if this is the right bike rack for your bike and your Santa Fe. Now, the reason that it can hold a multitude of different types of bikes is its weight capacity and the fact that it's a front tire hold.
Installation Guide for the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes on a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi there everyone, John here with etrailer, and today we're gonna be taking a look at the RockyMounts Monorail two bike rack for our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Now the Monorail is going to be a amazing bike rack whenever it comes to the versatility that it has. It can handle everything from your road bikes to your e-bikes, and that all comes down to how it holds your bike in place, and the weight. The weight is going to be able to handle 60 pounds per bike. So it's gonna be 120 pounds in full, which is very good. There are a couple of e-bikes that we'll probably go over this weight capacity, but for the most part it's gonna be handle any type of bike that you have when it comes to the weight.
Yakima OnRamp E-Bike Platform Rack with Ramp Review - 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today, we'll be taking a look at our Yakima OnRamp two-bike rack, right here on our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is the OnRamp, which is designed around this ramp, really. So if you have extra heavy bikes, you've got your electric bikes, you even have your slightly heavier women's bike like I have here, and you don't want to or can't lift them onto your bike rack, this might be a good option for you. We've got some ease-of-use features. Not as easy to use, but I'll explain them to you throughout this video.
Fit Verified: Yakima FullTilt Bike Rack for 5 Bikes on a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima FullTilt hanging style bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of this 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a pretty solid bike rack capable of carrying up to five bikes. You'll be able to carry more than you would with most racks as they typically top out around the four bike range. So if you have a family with three kids then this is gonna be a good option because most other racks out there can't accommodate five bikes. And I will say with this there are limitations because one, it's a hanging style bike rack.
Does the Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack for 2 Bikes Suit Your 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Saris SuperClamp EX two bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a platform style bike rack. This one holds the bike in these two wheel cradles and uses a dual wheel mount design. In this case, it means we have two wheel hooks ratcheting down over the top of each tire, really anywhere along the tire that it makes good contact and having secondary points of contact on each of those cradles in the form of wheel straps. And the result is actually a really firm hold although there is a little bit of movement here at the pivot point of the bike rack.
Fit Check: Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 4 Bikes on a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination four bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a pretty entry level platform style bike rack. Certainly not all kinds of bells and whistles to it and there's some things about it that are a little bit clunky. But to get you started in the world of bike racks especially platform style bike racks, it's gonna be one of your better options and one of my personal favorites at this price point. So you can carry up to four bikes with this and each bike can weigh up to 35 pounds.
Will the Curt Bike Rack for 4 Bikes Fit Your 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe?
Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt Premium and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a hanging-style bike rack, and what that means is the bike hangs by the frame. Two attachment points up top with straps holding it down on the cradles and a third one on the seat post, keeping our sway down to a minimum. It doesn't entirely eliminate it, especially these rubber straps, they've got a bit of stretch to them, so it doesn't completely fix the problem, but it will help with bike to bike contact as you're going down the road. Hanging-style bike racks inherently are gonna have a few more limitations to them, and this one is no different.
Does it Fit? Testing the Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes on a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat NV Base 2.0 and seeing how it fits in the back of our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a platform style bike rack and one of the nicer ones at that. This is going to be able to hold up to two bikes up to 60 pounds each, so good for some of your e-bikes and it holds bikes by our front tire, primarily using this wheel hook. The wheel hook is a big deal because it doesn't make any frame contact on the bike so it's going to be a great option for carbon frame bikes as well as alternative frame bikes.

Zach: Hey guys. Zach here at etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Thule Camber Four Bike Hanging Style Bike Rack on our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is a hanging style bike rack, so it's going to do a really good job of holding our bikes in place. And for a hanging style bike rack an issue that you're going to run into is they're going to be really close to each other, so you're going to potentially get some contact with some other styles. So Thule tried to do a good job of spacing these out a little bit.
Rhino Rack Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe
What's up everybody it's AJ with etrailer. Today I'm going to be showing you the rhino rack, two bike hanging style bike rack on this 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. The first thing you'll notice is it is a hanging style bike rack, which means the bike kind of hangs around the cradles instead of being held by the wheels on a platform like in a platform style rack. Which means it might not be the best option if you have a carbon fiber bike like more expensive bikes, you're worried about scratching, the frame or indenting or anything like that if these straps. If you're just worried about any of that, this is probably not the way to go. You'd want to put it on a platform rack.

"Just to let you know I was very satisfied with my orders for a hitch, wiring harness, bike rack and extension. I have a 1995 Dodge Ram van and some of the parts are hard to get elsewhere. I received all my orders proptly and will recommend you to others. The pricing can't be beat. Thank you. Sincerely, Frank"
