Hey Betsy! The Hollywood Racks Crosstrack Bike Rack # HLY98RR is designed to fit a 2" receiver. It looks like the 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe only has Class III hitches available like the # C37RV which all come with a 2" receiver so it will fit without any issues. The loading ramp promo is over but it is still available separately # HLY39RR . If you have any other questions feel free to reach out in the comments below.

Thanks for getting back to me; but was wondering what is different between the Crosstrack #HLY96RR and the other model you sell: #HLY36RR - Also would love your input on the pro's/cons of the Hollywood Crosstrack VS. Rocky Mount Monorail - just can't decide between the two- Thanks again for you expert help-

@BetsyL the # HLY68RR is the same rack but designed to fit both 1-1/4" and 2" receivers. If you have a 2" receiver the 2" version like # HLY98RR is always a better choice since you won't have additional movement from an extra adapter. The Crosstrack is pretty new but I can still give you a good comparison to the RockyMounts MonoRail # RKY10007. As far as capacity is concerned they're about the same with the MonoRail holding 60 lbs and the Crosstrack capable of holding 66 lbs. Although they're different styles they both use a wheel mount. However, the Crosstrek design will be more secure. Also, both come with locks and an anti-rattle. The main difference is going to be the weight of the carriers and the ramp. The Crosstrack is incredibly light at 10 lbs while the MonoRail Solo weighs 25 lbs. The Crosstrack also has the advantage of the ramp, something not available for the RockyMounts bike rack. Since you were asking about a ramp I'm guessing it is a feature you would like to have so I would choose the Crosstrack based on that feature.
