Excellent product and easy install on my Ram Express. I have been pulling a 33' travel trailer with no issues. You can't go wrong with this product.

First of all, the products you find at etrailer are not your garden variety, home depot kind of fair. Much higher quality and grade/weight ratings. So to be able to get hard to find items and then by orderring at least 100$ worth of stuff also get it delivered free in 4 days, is awesome. The prices are incredible too.

Great hitch’s. Very heavy duty and e trailer is wonderful to work with. Ordered wrong size no problem with return replacement sent out the next day. I should’ve read the sizes. Lol

This is one solid hitch. Bought the hitch to pull about 5000 lbs. there's no doubt in my mind that it can handle it.

Very happy with this ball mount - provides just the amount of drop we required for a level tow of our GeoPro travel trailer by our RAM2500. Plus, the extra length not only allows a tighter turning radius, but also allows us to lower the truck tailgate without having to detach the trailer. Huge improvement on all accounts for us compared to our prior setup. The product is well built and I'm confident will provide us years of good use.

Excellent quality, very nice finish, well built, should hold up well. Installed on my 2017 Ram. Took longer to lower and replace tire than it did to install hitch. Would recommend this hitch to anyone.

2008 Dodge Ram 1500 short bed. Backed it on some ramps, no need to drop the spare tire. Took about an hour to install. I work for JDog junk removal and hauling, so I was able to test the Hitch with several trailer loads . It works as discribed. . .

The hitch choice didn't work for my 2016 Ram 2500. The trailers that I needed to tow had a fixed trailer jack. If I lowered my tailgate, due to it's big lip design, it would hit the jack. I resorted to a hitch that was longer and was adjustable.

I like etrailer for all my towing needs over the years. The fact you wait a year to ask for a review speaks volumes. 2018 Ram truck has a 2.5" receiver! The square "bushing" set-up supplied with the vehicle did not seem very sound, although it probably is. Anyway the forged 2.5" stinger has been fine-no worries for me! Bomb-proof!!

I had to take trip with my new Ram 1500 Bighorn and towing my utility trailer with my old hitch wasn't having my trailer level. These items made it level and had no issues at all. Thank you, Joe

Ultra heavy duty ball mount . Hooked up tonight to a New Holland Roll Belt 560 round baler on a Ram 3500 with a tongue weight of 1900 lbs. Pulled like a dream !!!!

I have used these on my Ram 3500 for about 13 years and got this one for our new Ram 1500. It takes the jerking out of towing.

Very stout and solid. Fits a ball with a 2 3/4" or 2 5/8" shanks perfectly, so there isn't too much thread hanging out below waiting to get damaged. It slips into the Ram hitch receiver without much slop, but I haven't towed with it yet.

This forged ball mount was not machined flat around mounting hole. I had to grind a flat surface for proper fit.

I purchased several products for a truck my 1st wife was picking up from me. Everything worked fine. She is pleased and so am I. My favorite item was the back-up camera. She tells me that has prevented damage more than once. Customer service was awesome. I will buy again. Thanks.

Quality product however I should have read the description. I have no use for the huge drop down one. Oh well I will see if a buddy can use it

Just received this mount and did the test fit with our trailer. We have not hit the road with it yet but I am confident it will perform perfectly. I am anxious to see how the cushioned feature works. We pull a box cargo trailer for business and just got a new Chevy HD pickup to tow with. It has a 2.5" receiver and hitch height is much greater than the Suburban we were using plus it had a 2" receiver. This mount is rated for far more weight than we will ever need but it was the only 2.5" size with 6" drop that I could find. We are very pleased with the product and the excellent customer service we got at etrailer. Tow infrequently; got new(to us) 2015 RAM 2500 pick up to tow our 38’ touring travel trailer. Have a HD WD hitch & adjustable sway control hitch set up we use for this trailer, but needed a drop hitch for our smaller Travel trailer& misc use haul trailer,,,,both much lighter & do not require the sway control set up. This drop hitch & ball fit the bill perfectly as the needed drop did not provide suffice t ground clearances to utilize the WD hitch mount setup (which was not needed) for those smaller loads. E-trailer worked w us to get the product we needed & an option that was inexpenve but sufficiently rated to pull our smaller trailers! Very happy our results !

Not that many non-adjustable option for a 12” drop and this one is the best! Love the cushion and it’s very strong. I put that to the test today when I got rear ended with it in the back of my truck. This thing saved the back of my Ram. Came right back to etrailer and ordered a new one!
