  Ball mount # 36078 has a drop of 4-3/4 inches. This ball mount is designed for Class II hitches with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. If you have a Class I hitch this ball mount may not fit depending on the brand of the hitch. For a Class I hitch we have several ball mounts that offer a 3-1/4 inch drop: # C45022, # C45026, and # C45027.   I believe the closest thing we have to the Sportframe Drawbar part # 3594 that you referenced that is 4 inches shorter would be the Curt Class I Drawbar # C45027. The length of this ball mount from the center of the hitch pin hole to the ball hole is 6-1/4 inches and it has a rise of 2-5/8 inches. Basically this ball mount is 4 inches shorter than the ball mount you referenced but its rise is about 1-1/2 inches lower.
