Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Replacement Amber Lens for your Optronics Clearance or Side Marker Lights. This is an Optronics product, so you can trust it's going to work well to replace the lens for your light, and you're not going to have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that. This is designed to replace the lens for your MC68 series, whether that be your MC68AB or your MC69AB, it will do a good job for you.And this is right about.. I'm going to call it three and a half inches in total length by right about one and an eighth of an inch wide, and about seven-eighths of an inch deep.

But this is an Optronics product so, again, it should work well for those lights. It is designed for them. If you are needing a new lens for your clearance or side marker light, this is going to be the piece for you. That's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com.

What a great place to shop. I needed new lens covers for my Pleasure way and they knew just way I was talking about. I called the company to ask why they had to wait one week after I ordered and they lady was so nice. I said if that’s what it is I will just wait until they get to me. They were mailed right away and I got them in just 2-3 day instead of the 14. If I ever need anything else from e trailer I will check firs to see if they have what I’m looking for. They were polite, courteous, and very helpful. Excellent service!!!!

Solution for LED Thin Line Side Marker Trailer Light
I do have a solution, but the Peterson Thin Line # 427400 doesn't have an LED equivalent. I could recommend a different light but that would require drilling new holes to get it mounted. What you can do instead is swap the bulbs to LED using the 194 LED Bulbs # ARC78FR. This will keep the same style and let you use your current holes for mounting. The one with broken lens will have to be completely replaced since there are no longer replacement lenses available.

I could not confirm the light installed on your 2008 Bear G3 trailer but the replacement amber light you referenced, Optronics Oblong Amber Trailer Clearance Light # MC68AB, does use a 1-wire hookup since it grounds through its mounting hardware and it is indeed a single-bulb light. If you can find a manufacturer name and part number on the base of your existing light this will help you match up the replacement. LED Options For Replacing Peterson # 427400 Marker Lights On a Winnebago Rialta
You are correct the Peterson # 427400 is only offered with an incandescent bulb. You do have the option of replacing your bulbs with some LED Bulbs # ARC68FR and then we also have the Lens # A68AB which can replace any of your cracked lenses. This will save you from having to remove all the lights and install new LEDs like the Optronics # MCL0030ABB.

Size of Replacement Amber Lens # A68AB
The lens part # A68AB that you referenced measures 3-1/2 inches long by 1-1/8 inches wide by 1 inch deep. If these dimensions match what you have and the lens appears to be the correct shape/size this will work for you. The good thing about most trailer clearance lights is that they are all pretty standard in size and shape.
