Replacement Cover for Titan Multi-Fit Brake Actuator
Thank you so much for the pictures! Those helped out tremendously. Based on the pictures the correct replacement cover for you is the part # T4324600 which is designed for surge brake actuators rated for 7,000 lbs and use a multi-ball coupler style just like what you have. Hopefully when you jackknifed your trailer the cover was the only thing that was damaged. It would definitely be a good idea to remove the cover and take a look at the actuator itself to make sure it's still in good...

Does The Dexter Swing Away Hinge DX53CR Need To Be Welded On?
What part is this in reference to, Doug? I know the A-60 is a brake actuator, but are you asking about the outer cover # T4324600, or something else? If it's the # DX53CR swing-away hinge, then yes, it will need to be welded on both sides.
