Now, this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks excluding the cab and chassis models. And on a custom fit part like this one, I do recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle and it'll show if this will work for your application. Now, these custom side mounting brackets here will mount beneath your truck bed and they provide the attachment points for the fifth wheel rails.
The base rails right here, these are what'll sit in your truck bed and they allow the installation of your fifth wheel trailer hitch to your truck. Now, these rails are visible in your truck bed. These rails here have a carbide black finish which is like a matte black finish to match the color of your fifth wheel hitch. Now, the rails are industry standard rails. They are compatible with the B&W, the CURT, Draw-Tite, Reese, and Husky above-bed fifth wheel trailer hitches.
The side brackets here, these are custom fit brackets. They're designed to mount to existing holes in your vehicle's frame. Just to show you from the side here, if you look there's some holes here and those holes are drilled to line up with the holes in your frame. So it minimizes the drilling when you install this. Quality product and ease of installatio n.
The slots were on the 28-3/4" when they should have been 29. I didn't measure the width, but 5th wheel hitch I pulled out of my 2011 truck wouldn't fit into these rails. Took a cutting wheel and grinder to the slots to make them wider for 5th wheel to drop in.
Customer service rep was very understanding and helpful in finding this for our customer! Customer is happy with the fit, the easy installation, and overall build of the product.
