Yes, the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pins will work with a 2020 Ford F-150 with 5-1/2' bed. In fact, it is one of the only options which will allow for full ninety degree turns. Please note, in order to choose the correct one you need to know the pin box type (Lippert 1621, 1716, 1116, etc). If you have a 1621 then use part # RP34FR or if you have a 1716/1116 then use part # RP77FR.
If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch picked out, I recommend the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3200 which requires the install kit part # BW39FR and wedge part # SWW-06.
