The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3200 when paired with the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails part # BW39FR will be an excellent option for you to tow the Grand Design Reflections with a 2019 Ford F-150. The B&W Patriot has thick locking jaws that grip the kingpin tightly and reduce chucking. The B&W Patriot also has a cam action handle so you can uncouple the trailer on uneven ground which is a pretty nice feature to have that you may not learn to appreciate until you spend a few weekends trying to unhook on an unlevel camp site. The B&W Custom Installation Kit does not require any drilling into the frame so install time will be cut down dramatically. The only other thing you will need to complete your setup is the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels part # SWW-06.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to use the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer and B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter or anything like this for that matter as you have a rotating pin box which causes too much stress for a singular connection point.
