Roof Rack Fit for a 2025 Toyota RAV4 PHEV with Flush Rails

Hi, I have traded in my 2017 RAV4 hybrid for a 2025 RAV4 PHEVSE. Im wondering if you know if my elevator will fit directly on the roof roof rack with the new Toyota or if not if the Malone aero blades I bought to adapt the 2017 RAV will work with the new factory rails. If not, can you guide me towards what I will need to mount the Hullavator on the new RAV 4 PHEV SE? Thank you!

Hey Cynthia, thanks for reaching out!
According to my research, the 2025 Toyota RAV4 PHEV comes with flush rails so your Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG216 won't fit because these have clamps that wrap around raised rails.
In order for you to use your Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898 on your RAV4 I recommend picking up the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack # TH33SG which will work as long as you offset the crossbars so you get the correct amount of crossbar overhang.
If you end up having different rails on your RAV4 please let me know and I'll be happy to help you figure it out!

Hey Cynthia, how did things go getting your Hullavator mounted on the new RAV4 PHEV? Did the Thule WingBar Evo rack give you the right fit and clearance? Your update could make it easier for others upgrading from an older RAV4 setup.
