Recommended Wiring Harness and Ball Mount for a 2025 Kia Carnival

I just bought kia carnival and just ordered this hitch. My vehicle indicates that it comes with Trailer Prewire Harness, what do I need to connect trailer? Is there an install video for 2025 carnival?

Hey Edgar, first of all congrats on the new car, those Carnival's look really cool! For a harness with an install video, you will want the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # CU94FR and check out the attached video of our installer installing this on a 2024 Kia Carnival.
There aren't any videos on a 2025 Kia Carnival unfortunately but the 2024-2025 shouldn't be too different. The last thing you're going to need is a ball mount with a hitch ball like # e67DR.
This part would slide into the trailer hitch and give you what you need to attach the trailer to your Carnival.

My 2025 Carnival has an extra wiring bundle that runs between the "trailer prewire" and the other bundle. Not sure which to disconnect and connect to (leaving one end unconnected to anything)

Hi, Is the CU94FR the same as the 2024. I looked at the photos and installation instructions and both are different for 2025 Carnival. If they're the same it will not fit. Please let me know to decide if I order. Thanks..
