Upgraded Anti-Rattle Device for Allen Sports 532 RR Hitch Mount Bike Rack

Hi, I have a bike rack for our 2 hitch and its annoying because the no wobble pin requires 2 wrenches to install. This can get a bit annoying. Is there a pin that could tighten by hand or even just one wrench?

Thank you for the photo of your Allen Sports 532 RR Bike Rack!
Most of the time there are specific bolts that fit bike racks, but according to my research it looks like your Allen 532 RR has a hollow shank so you can use the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 to not only get rid of the wobble, but to also lock the rack to your vehicle.
This comes with a metal block you insert inside the shank of the rack and then the threaded bolt snugs the block, as well as your bike rack shank, next to the inside of the hitch receiver to keep it stable.
I've attached a review video for you to check out! Please note if your rack doesn't have a hollow shank then this solution won't work.
