Expert Reply:
If your 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee did not come with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector then there will be know plug and play options for a 4- and 7-Way connector but you can hardwire in one using # ETBC7.
If it did come with a factory 7-Way then you can use # 20135 which is both a 4-Way and 7-Way.
If you decide to hardwire in an ETBC7 and you do not already have trailer wiring, you will first need to install a 4-Way using # 118425. Then you will go ahead with the ETBC7 installation. I have included some links that explain the installation for you.
If you also need a brake controller I recommend the P2, # 90885. This is one of our most popular brake controllers because it is reliable, easy to set up, and easy to use.
