Question:
My tires are 123L, what is the difference with your tire with a load range of E?
asked by: AL P
Expert Reply:
The 123 on your tire is for the load index. The load for this tire is 3417 lbs. The L is the speed rating. For your tire, the speed rating is 75 mph. The load range indicates the horizontal and sidewall strength, measured using ply rating and load pressure, for our Special Trailer and Light-Truck service tires. Load range E is a 10 ply rating.
The # TTWTRTM2358016E Provider 16" tires have a maximum single tire load of 3,520 lbs and dual tire load of 3,080 lbs at 80 psi with an M speed rating which is up to 81 mph.
