Can 4.80-8 Trailer Tire Get Replaced with Wider Tire
Question:
I have 4.80x8 4 pattern on existing trailer can I upgrade to wider and say 10” with the 4.80 I have 2” to the fender

A 5.70-8 trailer tire like part # AM10012 would work well to replace the 4.80-8 you have and would take up less than 1/2 an inch of additional inner fender clearance as well as 1 inch of vertical clearance.
