Question:
I have a 2021 BMW X5 40i AWD with the factory tow package and a 2021 Geo Pro G16BH. The tongue weight on the Geo Pro is 461lbs dry, and around 550 w/battery and propane. I am looking for recommendations on a weight distribution hitch w/sway control and ability to back up. Thanks!

I would be happy to recommend a weight distribution hitch to tow your 2021 Geo Pro G16BH with your 2021 BMW X5 40i AWD.
The correct system will be dependent on your total tongue weight which is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your X5. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044, but there are other methods as you can see in the included help article.
Since you mentioned you are expecting 550lbs of tongue weight I recommend the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - Round Bar - 10,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # RP66087 which will work with total tongue weights ranging from 400-800lbs, allows backing up, and has built in sway control. This option does not come with a hitch ball so you will the 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler on your trailer.
If you find that your total tongue weight is over 800lbs I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Round - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # FA94-00-1000 which works with total tongue weights between 600-1000lbs, has built in sway control, and still allows backing up. You will still need a 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 with this system.
I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
