Unless your bull bar is the Westin # 32-1175, I can't guarantee that the # 32-117PK will be compatible. Not only are the bracket kits vehicle specific, but the bull bars themselves are as well.

So, unless your bull bar is without a doubt a Westin # 31-1175 that fits the following vehicles:

2001 - 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe
2000 - 2006 GMC Yukon
1999 - 2000 GMC Sierra 1500
1999 - 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
2000 - 2006 Chevrolet Suburban 1500
2000 - 2006 GMC Yukon XL 1500
2001 - 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 LD
2007 - 2007 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 LD
2001 - 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD
