Most wheel bolts/lugs have a 1/2" diameter but it isn't too uncommon to have something else. While I don't know exactly what a Wesco trailer with a GAWR of 3,990 lbs uses, I can help you figure it out.

The first thing to note is whether your hubs have lugs already and your wheel mounts to them, or whether you need to hold the wheel up and secure it in place using bolts. The other thing to note is what degree cone you have. For example, the 1/2" diameter wheel bolts come in 2 different cone degrees; 60 degrees # RG02-020 and 90 degrees # RG02-040. A 60 degree cone is a little deeper and more aggressive looking while a 90 degree cone looks more flat. You can figure this out by looking at your trailer wheel.

This will be the same case if your hub already has studs mounted to it. You will likely either need a 1/2" 60 degree cone lug nut like # CE11051 or a 1/2" 90 degree cone lug nut like # STN569.

If you still aren't sure then send me some pictures of your wheel and your hub and I can try to help you determine the correct fit.
