When picking out a weight distribution system the key is to go with a system that has a tongue weight range where your loaded tongue weight falls right into the middle of. You should note that any weight behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle from cargo counts as additional tongue weight.
Considering the unloaded tongue weight of your trailer being 315 lbs the best system we have would be the Strait Line part # RP66082 which has a tongue weight range of 200-600 lbs and features the best sway control that works to fight sway before it starts unlike any other system. This comes with a shank too so you don't have to buy that separately. I was able to find out the coupler ball size your 2019 Jayco Hummingbird 17 RB has (2 inch) so for a hitch ball you'd then want the # A-90 and you'd be set.
If instead you wanted the Equal-i-zer brand (some people call all weight distribution systems Equalizers) the part number you'd need is the part # EQ37060ET which comes with the correct shank and ball as well.
