What is the hole size and proper pop in valve stem for the above rim with Kenda Loadstar K371 bias trailer tire 4.8-12?

The correct valve stem for the trailer wheel part # AM20151 that you referenced is the part # AM20904 which fits rim hole diameters of .453 inch.

This will work great with the Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM10004 that you referenced as well.
