I have a 2003 Lance 1030 truck camper the needs a roof ladder that Folds the lower half

For an RV ladder that has a hinge half way up the ladder we have the Stromberg Carlson # LA-401 which would work well for you. The hinge allows the lower portion to fold like you are wanting so that it can match an angled RV wall like in the picture I attached.
