I dont really want to fasten it to the Van. In case I want to take it out of the van.Can you suggest several models that might work? Set nineteen to twenty inch height is very comfortable and a big bowl.So that that way, you know what its like using one of the old smaller ones. They look forward to hearing you. Thanks for reaching out Robert,

So you're looking for a comfortable portable toilet for your 2024 Ford Transit passenger van that doesn't need to be permanently mounted.

I like your choice of the Thetford C223-CS Cassette Toilet # Th62YE. It's known for it's comfort, with a larger bowl and seat height that's closer to a home toilet. The removable waste tank makes emptying simple and it can be used without permanently mounting.

Another options is the Thetford Porta Potti 565E # TH43QE. This is one of the most comfortable portable toilets we have. It has the taller seat height, larger bowl, battery powered flush and a removable waste tank that rolls for transport.

Of the options, the Porta Potti 565E is probably the closest match to what you've described. It offers a comfortable seating position, doesn't require permanent installation and has a waste tank that can be removed and transported easily for dumping.

Do you usually do weekend stays or long trips with the Transit?

Thank you for the reply, My trips are mixed, sometimes a day trip where convenience having a toilet is important. For long trips its great to have one on board including weekend trips. So it's a mix of all kinds of trips.

@RobertV with you doing a mix of day trips, weekends, and longer adventures, I think the Thetford Porta Potti 565E is still the best choice. The biggest advantage for your Transit is that it's not permanent. You can keep it in the van when you need it and remove it when you want the extra space. Thanks for stopping by and we appreciate you choosing etrailer!
