WE just bought a new trailer that is set up for a backup camera. Which one would you recommend?

Your 2019 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern LT Travel Trailer was pre-wired for a Furrion observation camera system like the part # FOS43TASF that you referenced. If you go with the 5 inch display version part # FOS05TASF you can have side cameras added with the Furrion Vision S Side Camera w/ Marker Light Bracket # FCE48TASL so this would be what I recommend.
