According to the online version of the owner's manual for the 2012 and 2013 Buick Enclave, it can indeed be flat towed behind an RV with all 4 wheels on the ground. I highly recommend verifying this information in your copy of the manual as well as reading through any guidelines or restrictions when it comes to flat towing. In the owner's manual this section is listed under "Recreational Vehicle Towing".

In order to tow your Buick Enclave you will need a base plate kit, a tow bar, safety cables, a lighting solution, a supplemental braking system, and likely a high-low adapter.

Starting with the base plates I recommend the Roadmaster EZ Crossbar Style Base Plate Kit # 523149-1 as long as your vehicle doesn't have a brush guard. This kit features a hidden bracket design to provide a sleek look when you aren't towing and its custom design allows for a simple installation on your Enclave.

For a compatible tow bar that will work great with your vehicle I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain # RM-522. This non-binding tow bars allows for easy hookup even on unlevel ground and its exra-long telescoping arms provide better maneuverability on the road. For safety cables you can use # RM-643

Then for a lighting solution I like the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit # HM56106 that will plug right into factory ports at the vehicle tail lights. This will give you the needed signal lights for flat towing. Since fuses need to be pulled on your Enclave for flat towing (check your manual for the specific fuses) I recommend adding the Fuse Bypasses # RM-76517 and # RM76511 to help simplify this process.

For supplemental braking I highly recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This is an excellent proportional system that will activate the Enclave's brakes at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in the RV. After the initial installation it requires very little attention as you transition from flat towing to every day driving (and vice versa).

Finally, you will likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar in the "Safety Zone" (3 inches above or below level).
