Yes, the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit # C66JR will connect to a Blue Ox Tow Bar Like the Avail # BX7420. Be sure that your tow bars are rated for the weight of your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500LTD plus any additional cargo that may be carried in inside the truck or bed.
Since the battery is required to be disconnected when towing a 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 will be needed to power the Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR. You should also use a Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 to ensure that your battery does not get drained while you are towing. A Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766 will make disconnecting your battery much easier and you can run the wiring for the charge line and 12 volt outlet to the disconnect making it much easier to prepare for flat towing.
The Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 will allow you to tie into the tail lights on your Silverado rather than having to use a portable set of lights. The main coiled cable will also provide a connector for the charge line to run rather than having to run a single cable for just the charge line.
