I do have a way to help you get the correct replacement rotor hub for your 2004 Four Winns trailer, but unfortunately we do not have a list of parts on trailers. Usually we can help you get the correct replacement parts based off of the weight capacity of your axle, but to ensure that everything is correct it is best that you know what bearings and seal that you need.
To get the correct replacement rotor hub you first need to pull your hub and check for part numbers on your inner and outer bearings as well as your grease seal. If you cannot locate the part numbers you can simply measure the B, C, and D locations on your spindle (see attached photo) with a digital caliper to the 3rd decimal (like 2.565).
If you have 3,500 lb axles then I recommend the Kodiak # KHR10D 10" hub and rotor with a Dacromet finish. This has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and uses a # L68149 inner bearing and a # L44649 outer bearing while the grease seal has an inner diameter of 1.719".
If you have 5,200 lb axles Then you will want the Kodiak # KHR12D 12" hub and rotor with the Dacromet finish instead. This has a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern and uses the inner bearing # 25580, outer bearing # 15123, and has a grease seal with an inner diameter of 2.25".
The Dacromet finish on these hub and rotor units is a superior coating for fresh and saltwater applications when compared to other coatings.
Let me know the weight capacity of your axles and/or the bearings and seal that you need and I can assist you further from there if they are different from what I just referenced.
