For your 1995 Chevy C3500, I recommend your start with the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 brake controller # 90195. This proportional controller will apply your trailer brakes at the same time and with the same intensity as you hit the brake pedal in your truck. It has easy to use presets and has an LCD screen to avoid code deciphering of most other brake controllers. It is completely transferable to another vehicle if you decide to move trucks at some point. If you want a more basic controller, I recommend the Voyager # 39510.
For your 7-way, I recommend the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This will provide you with the connector, the tester, the wiring and the connectors needed to tap into your orange power and blue brake output wires. If you choose to install in this way, then you will need to find the power and brake output wires under your dash, but this kit also includes the circuit tester to determine the correct wires for splicing. Because of the gauge of wire, I personally would use the kit and skip the factory wiring on this particular install.
If you don't already have the 4-way trailer wiring, then you will also need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118315 which plugs into your Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup's wiring harness, which is located beneath your vehicle, along the driver's-side frame rail.
For your 205/70R15 tires, we don't have a fit, but we do have the very similar 205/75R15 tires. I recommend the Taskmaster Provider Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TR20515D. These tires are rated for 2,150 lbs at 65 psi and speeds of up to 81 mph. They have automotive grade tread with sipes to channel water better than most other trailer tire options and come with a 2 year warranty. Another great option is the Westlake # LHWL300. These tires have the same load capacity but a max speed rating of 75 mph. The reason you may want to consider these tires is they have a 5 year warranty and come with 2 years of complimentary roadside assistance 24/7.
Let me know if you have further questions.
