Threaded hitch pins are usually brand-specific and match the threads in the shank portion of an accessory item like a bike rack, for example. We have 16 different threaded-bolt locks for 2-inch hitches, shown on the linked page.

Thule offers a replacement bolt # 8537012 that matches your description.

The Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack #HLY94FR requires a 1/2"-13 anti rattle hitch lock. So you will need to use their Hitch Pin #HRLHPT as the Kuat #HLT will not fit.

The Curt Replacement Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin #C82NR has the same 1/2"-13 thread pitch you are needing. We also have a Locking Hitch Pin #SR0901 with the same thread pitch if you want to be able to secure the bike rack.
