Is this easy to use and lightweight for my parents? Their current 4 bike is too big and heavy. They are in between this 1 bike or the Benton 2 bike. Your recommendation is appreciated. Thanks

They're pretty easy to use and get set up. Not sure about you or your parents abilities but a second set of hands getting the bike rack installed in the receiver is always helpful though. The Benton LittleShift Bike Rack item # B54VR weighs only 25 lbs and the Benton Shifts & Grins Bike Rack for 2 Bikes item # B54FR weighs 63 lbs.
Both are extremely easy as far as getting the bike set up and secured. The wheel hooks slide out of the way so you can set your bike on top of the cradles, and then you'll just position them over your bike's frame or tires to lock in the bike.
